We offer a “One Stop Shop” which means all your needs on our Okanagan campus can be coordinated with one simple phone call to our Conference Department. A fee for service is available on a per person basis.
Our meeting and event planning services for your conference include:
- Provide On - Line Registraton - ease for delegates to register on-line
- Process all registration forms and payments by check or credit card
- Deposit fees collected to a separate account
- Confirm all registrations with delegates by phone, fax, email or regular mail
- Prepare conference kits and name badges
- Staff Registration Desk and register all delegates during conferences
- Coordinate spousal and other activities off campus
- On site management of Conference
