UBC Okanagan Conference Centre offers all the ingredients for a successful summer conference in Kelowna BC. Our state-of-the-art meeting facilities include theatres and classroom venues that are fully equipped with the latest in audio-visual technology.

Please note- Conferences and Accommodation at UBC can book meeting space May through August for groups booking accommodation. We regret we cannot accommodate 'meeting space only' groups at this time.

Grand Theatre: Kelowna conference facilities   GRAND THEATER >

This beautifully appointed theatre is an ideal meeting venue, perfect for Plenary Sessions of up to 230. Plush seats with flip-top desks. Touch-top podium with DVD, VCR, LCD Projection, 20" screen, and sound system.

 

Super Classroom: Kelowna meeting facilities   SUPER CLASSROOMS >

These classrooms feature high-tech equipment making them premium conference facilities. The rooms have tiered seating and can handle from 100 to 200 people. There are fixed tables and moveable seats in each room. Super classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors, are fully automated and wired for audio and DVD. Some rooms have dual screens and desktop power outlets. There is an overhead projector, screen, blackboard, and desktop podium in each room.

Classrooms: Okanagan conference facilities   CLASSROOMS >

A large number of regular classrooms that seat 25 to 100 are available. Most classrooms have moveable tables and chairs. All classrooms have an overhead projector, screen, blackboard and desktop podium.

 

Computer Labs: Okanagan meeting facilities   COMPUTER LABS >

Computer labs are equipped with 20 PC's and an LCD projector. Rental rates are based on the hour, and technical support is available for an additional charge.
