Getting Here & Parking
BY CAR
UBC’s Okanagan campus is on Hwy 97, 20 minutes north from downtown Kelowna and across from the Kelowna International Airport. Enter the campus at Upper Campus Way (off John Hindle) and follow the large orange “CHECK-IN” signs to our 24/7 Front Desk on 1255 International Mews.
BY AIR & TAXI
UBC’s Okanagan campus is across from the Kelowna International Airport (click here for YLW flights). Please take a taxi (around $15 one way) to our 24/7 Front Desk on 1255 International Mews. If you are staying in one of our Suites or Apartments, please ask the taxi driver to wait for you while you are checking in, so they can drop you off at your residence building (these residence buildings are in the upper campus and a 10 minute walk up hill from the front desk).
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Various buses stop on campus. Please click here to find your fastest route to campus with departure and arriving times. When arriving on campus (at the transit loop), walk north on Alumni Drive, then left onto University Way, then take a right at International Mews. The Front Desk is located in the second building on your right, Nechako.
PARKING
Day visitors can park all day in lots H and M or after 1 pm in lots B, E, F, G and J. Payment can be done through the HONK Mobile app or at the pay stations on the lots. Pay stations accept coins, Visa and MasterCard.
Parking on campus for accommodation guests is complimentary. You are required to register your license plate at check-in to not incur any parking tickets.
